The hotel's location is marvelous and beautiful, close to shopping and nightlife. The walking and biking trails in the area are lovely, especially in the early part of the day. My double room was updated and spotless. the service was helpful.

Brand-new & tastefully decorated room with an adjoining terrace and closet space. Comfortable bed, incredibly helpful staff members, and excellent location right on the golf course. Not far from the Scottsdale nightlife, scenic Old Town, and hikes.

The location was great and lovely for traveling around Scottsdale, close enough to the Phoenician, and walking / biking trails that are lovely to walk on during the early part of the day. Furthermore, to a local resturant after the event.

Bar was missed.

Early check-in was a breeze, and the room was beautifully furnished with complimentary drinks and an outdoor covered patio. the breakfast was very good, with outstanding food options. - the location is fantastic, with easy access to a drugstore, grocery store, and the Scottsdale Resort.

I had really good days staying at this family-run hotel. It was clean and the staff were wonderfully helpful and very amiable. - Beds were comfortable. - the location was fantastic, not far from beautiful hikes, Scottsdale, and nightlife. - It was also close to the golf course. - the good service and attention to detail made my stay enjoyable.

My room was brand-new and a great size, with lockers and nice amenities. The hotel is located right by Scottsdale area attractions, nightlife, and beautiful hiking spots. The pool was very clean. I enjoyed having cold drinks at the main bar.

This venue is fairly clean, with a relaxing atmosphere and competent staff; there's a small restaurant for breakfast, making it a great place to stay for a trip.

The hotel is clean with a nice interior and located in a lovely building. The rooms are neat and tastefully decorated. The staff at the property, including our porter, are top-class. The breakfast is enjoyable with a wide array of choices. The location is stunning, overlooking the pool and near hikes, Scottsdale area attractions, and shopping.

Everything was perfect. Had a very good stay for one night. The location was beautiful and incredible. The staff was professional. It was adjacent to Scottsdale area attractions, many restaurants, shops, casino, and golf.

The resort grounds were absolutely lovely, with beautiful landscaping and a peaceful atmosphere. The staff was extremely friendly and always available to assist in any way. The conference layout was well-designed and convenient.

The poolside food was a disappointment. Unlike other resort pools in the area, the food here was subpar.

Our rooms were at the far end of the property and difficult to access. The Internet in spite of being included in the room rate was a disaster. Bad coverage and constant timeouts.

A beautiful resort with an old world feel. We had 3 generations of family with us and everyone enjoyed the resort, pool, tennis, grounds etc. The staff were terrific and professional but friendly and relaxed. Food was also very good. Overall good value.

The only thing we found ourselves looking for was a more casual takeout type venue for coffee and a light breakfast in the morning. We had to use the restaurant and while wonderful, would have liked the option of a latte and pastry or yogurt to have outside.

Attentive staff, early check-in, free bike rentals, dog-friendly, amazing customer service, beautiful grounds and lobby.

Everything is what i need and want.
